I have made two orders from the above mentioned company and have not received any reply from them as to when my orders will be completed.

The first order was for the series Hart to Hart complete series, and the second was the complete series of Judging Amy and Beauty and the Beast.

As these two orders were quite substantial in price, I am still awaiting confirmation as to when I will receive them.

I am constantly e-mailing the company and as yet have had no reply.

What am I to do next?

Please reply as a matter of urgency.
