Payment made-nothing received

I ordered a Becker DVD set on Dec. 8, 2009 (My order # 49). I contacted them by email, their reply was "We already shipped your item please be patient it is the Holiday season so packages are taking longer than expected. If you don't received in 10 Business day, please let us know. We will ship your item again with a tracking number. I tried contacting them 2 more times, and never received the dvd set, but was charged the $ 57.90. It is now June 2010 and I think it's same to assume that I am NOT going to get them. I just want my money back!!!

Charged my acct, didn't send DVD's!

This company sent an email that my order was shipped. I never received the order and contacted them. They apologized and said they would send another one out - that was two months ago. Of course they charged my account when they supposedly shipped my item. I've sent several emails with no response. We are a one income family and $70 was A LOT of money for us to spend on a present.
