Ordered The Wonder Years dvd set 11/23 and still have not received it. I have called 5 times from 10 Am to Midnight I have e-mailed, I have gone to their"live chat" site with no response or a recoding telling me that no one is available. I'm starting to think I too was scamed. If not this by far the worst customer service problem ever.
