Purchased the "complete set of Alias Smith & Jones", all three seasons. Gave them my credit card for $107. Almost 2 months later the set arrived. Ripped packaging, broken DVD cases, reeked of cigarette smoke, and obviously a "home-made" printing job of the covers. I didn't break the seal because I knew I wanted a refund. I have tried calling (no customer service EVER available although their v-mail says they're open until 2:00 am Eastern time), have gotten on their live chat maybe twice. Always promised a replacement. "No, I want a refund. This is not what I ordered." "Ok, we'll send you a postage paid envelope to mail them back." That was in November. Still waiting. December comes, get a hold of a Jennifer, Maria, Robert, all saying, "no problem, we'll give you a refund. Finally an email from Robert, "send to this address (in Miami, FL) and we'll refund as soon as we receive your merchandise". Went to UPS tonight. Address does not exist. Have tried calling, same website with "Merry Christmas" on the home page, no address to write to, no email, no names, try to chat and you get "send email" and they respond maybe 6 weeks later with "send us your order number." Funny, I never got an order number. In fact, I never even got a packing slip with the order. I'm out the money and now I'm wishing to heck that I'd found this website first. Ordered the same set from another place (cannot remember name as it had no packing slip either) and all I got was copies off the Western channel and bad copies at that. No way to contact either of these places. At least the second place was only $57. Quality is about as good as I could've done. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM TV ADDICTS.COM. They are a fraudulent company and need to be stopped.
