I made a DVD purchase (www.dvdworldonline.com). Much run around. Never received the product or the promised refund. I filed a complaint with NY BBB. They couldn't get this company to respond either. The purchase was for only $24 so the company knows they can thumb their nose. No one is likely to pursue legal action for that amount. Unfortunately, given Internet purchasing, most buyers won't find out they've been had until it's too late. Completely avoid this company.
