I have ordered several times from dvds2go and I must say the shipment was always early and I have nothing but "GOOD" to say about their PR department. I had to send one of my dvd's back. Although it was outdated for there return policy they took it and sent me another- no charge. I belong to Disney and Columbia and have yet to have the service from them that I get from DVD's 2 go.
