Ordered the Mini series CENTENNIAL earlier in the month of November. Did not receive any e-mail verification for order. Was beginning to think it had not been processed when I received the package yesterday. Not an original of the series, 12 disks but copies of some sort, poorly made not comprising the whole series. The series was about 2600 minutes or more. We received disks of 57 through 30 or 31 minutes some of which did not even play. We were angry and put most of them in the machine to see what we had received after the second disk of 37 minutes had no audio and skipped and froze. Is there any way we can get our money back from this horrid scam? They've charged over 100.00 to our credit card for this garbage, its not what was advertised or ordered. I'm waiting for the credit card bill to come in to contact our credit card company so that I can have the #'s off the order.
I have no verification of order from this company. When we received the movies there was a card in the envelope giving a contact number (when I called all I got was computers, no live persons).
