I ordered many dvd boxsets from this company and all of the discs came bad, not new, not original copies, damaged, doesnt play. I have tried many times to contact the company and resolve this matter by sending out better copies for me and they just give you the run around and state the same thing, they are sorry and to pay more money or false hope that they will send it out. The phone number for the company isnt in service and the online assistance doesnt help. The email to report issues for service has changd two days ago from [email protected] to [email protected] and a new site for live chat which is www.dvdcollects.co.uk, which doesnt work either. Im glad this site is being investigated because I see many have been frauded and taken advantage of . Please contact your credit card right away and explain what happened. We dont even know if we will be involved with identity theft and wrong use of our credit card info. I hope to recover these charges and have been severly discouraged from ordering online.
