The right hand doesn't know what the left hands doing - I ordered a 3 volume set of EVERWOOD DVD's from this company, there are supposed to be 89 episodes on 20 DVD's. My order arrived it was damaged and there was only 2 volumes.I e-mailed them straight away on the day that they arrived, they assured me that they would send out a replacement order plus a prepaid envelope to return the others, the second order arrived minus volume 3 and no envelope, I got on to them again and they assured me that shipping had been informed and I would get a complete order this time and the envelope.Well it arrived and yes it was still minus volume 3, for quite a few days they ignored my e-mails I contacted the BBB in the US but without an address and zip code it's difficult to complain about them, any way they had a logo on their site for Geo Trust so I googled them and got their address and e-mailed them to see if they had got their address, it turned out that they shouldn't have had the Geo Trust Logo as they weren't members.Any way while all this was going on I got an e-mail from dvdglobe apologising for all my inconvenience, then another one to say that my order was on it's way so far I have been unable to track it, the thing is I've got a feeling that when this fourth order arrives it to will be minus volume 3 even though I've repeatedly asked them to just send out volume 3 the prepaid envelope and that would be the end of it.They have now changed their web site taking of the Geo Trust Logo and altering the wording at the bottom that stated all 4 seasons on 20 DVD's, as you can see this is an ongoing problem, when I get e-mails from them sometimes they read like they are from a 5 year old. I just feel that no one knows what is happening in this company or how many volumes or sets there should be in an order, if I was able to have got them in the UK I would never have ordered from this company in the first place, I think thats everything except sometimes their e-mails tried to make it sound as though I was wrong.
