On September 3, 2010 I ordered the complete set of "Northern Exposure" TV series on DVD for my husband for Christmas ( through the Amazon website). It came from China and I was charged $ 124.90 on my VISA account.
Today I looked at a few random CDs just for fun and discovered that the first two discs are blank, then I randomly pulled some out - some won't load, many of them skip and show terrible pictures, The very last CD is blank (# 32) .
I am very unhappy with this purchase and feel that I have very much been cheated and the product does not warrant the advertising or the price.
I really have no idea how to procede ?

ordererd complete box set of three stooges every single dvd was defective about 10 minutes in, tried to contact company about defective dvds, they will not respond nor do they have to they ll just take advantage of their next victim steal their money and nobody can do anything about it
