No refund, no replacement
DVDMD.TV sent me damaged discs when I first ordered. Then asked me to mail them back at my own expense so that I could get a refund or replacement. I did so and they stopped answering my e-mails. I called thier help line (which has since been disconnected) multiple times and each time they assured me that my replacement was on it's way. I have never recieved a replacement or a refund and am still being ignored by the company.

I highly recommend that no one buys merchandise from this site
Scam and a half - I ordered a set of DVD's through dvdmd.tv and they arrived very damaged. I have spent the last 6 months getting passed back and forth to different representatives, promised that replacements and refunds are coming, and now they are just ignoring my e-mails. I highly recommend that no one buys merchandise from this site!

paid to return damaged goods and did not get replacement or refund
I ordered a Friends boxset for my daughters birthday. When it arrived it was damaged. I emailed the company and was told to send it back, at a cost of £11.00, on top of the £71.58 I had already paid for item. I did not receive a replacement or refund and tried for a year with emails going to their support address. Firstly they said after a few months that I would recieve a postal order that I could cash. They could not refund my card as it had been too long since I ordered the goods. After a year my emails have not been delivered. I am disgusted at this company's lack of integrity and blattant lying.I have four children and could not afford to loose £80.

Non replacement of bad disks
Ordered DVD box sets that had defective disks. Was guaranteed a replacement within 7-14 days. None arrived. E-mail address does not work, and web address says "coming soon".

Never Shipped product
Ordered a dvd box set and received a shipping confirmation after about 2 weeks that was invalid from the USPS then spent another month getting no response from e-mails and their toll free number is disconnected so you cannot call them. Filed a complaint with my credit card company to dispute the charge and could not get a response from them. Then after a month and a half, they sent an e-mail stating that the product was out of stock and even though I received a shipping tracking number it was never shipped. BUYER BEWARE! I will stick to purchases through large companies that are actually in business. Don't buy from them. Then read their FAQ page and you will see that the DVD's that they ship are actually foreign DVD's and not even supposed to be sold in the United States, plus they don't stock anything, they only drop ship from another country. Waste of good time! Extremely poor non-existent customer service.

dvds would not work
Ordered X-Files complete season. Items came and looked pirated, visually the formatting on each dvd was inconsistent. A majority of the DVDs would not play at all or would skip. Contacted DVDMD.TV in Dec of 2008 and they initally said they would send us replacement dvds for the broken ones. It is now March 19th, 2009 and we have still not recieved the replacement dvds. DVDMD.TV stopped returning our emails and there is no number to call and contact them directly. We must have emailed them at least 5 times. We contacted our credit card company to report them and there is nothing they can do since they have a 120 day limit for claims, so we were forced to eat the $150 we paid for the set. Lesson to us, you get what you pay for... Do not order anything from them.

Never recieved product or refund
I paid over $200 for CSI seasons 1-8 and Bones seasons 1-3 and never recieved my puchase. DVDMD stopped answering me e-mails when I took up their offer for a refund. They waited just long enough that now I have no product and it is now too late to file a complaint when my credit card company. I WANT SOMETHING DONE NOW! I don't care if they send me my product or give me a refund but I want results of some kind!

no refund or reply to emails!
I ordered the Buffy DVD boxset (seasons 1-7) from them last year and when it arrived, it was a blatent fake! The box had typos on it and the pictures on the discs did not correspond to the real ones (i.e. pictures of characters from season 6 were on season 1 discs!). They replied to my first email and said they would refund me if i shipped it back to them IN CHINA!! I refused to pay p&p for shipping illegal goods all the way to China and they have not replied to a single email of mine since. My emails keep getting bounced back to me from them! It is incredibly annoying to know you've been taken for a ride and I'm now £62-90 out of pocket!!!

Merchandise and Promised Refund not Received
On January 31, 2009, I placed an order for the first 3 seasons of Doctor Who. In about 3 weeks, I received an email stating my order had shipped, and giving me a UPS tracking number. At the beginning of March, I called them because I had not yet received my product, and emailed them 2 days later. I received an email on March 10, 2009 stating that the shipment notice was sent in error, the product had not shipped, and now there was no information on when it would be available so they were issuing me a full refund and I would see it reflected in my next credit card statement. Since most debit card refunds show up in about a week, and the refund did not show up, I tried to call them. I got a message saying all the circuits were busy, so I have sent several emails and tried to call at different times of the day and night with no response. It is now April 20, 2009, and I am beginning to think that I am not going to receive a refund. I am not going to give up for a while yet though. I have been known to wear people down eventually. They have no right to my money when they didn't send my product. Needless to say, I will never order from them again.

FRAUD
On 2-10-09 I ordered the suitcase of X-FILES season 1-9 complete set, and it was supposed to be $109.99 when I recieved the order confirmation the price was $146.78, but $151.13 was deducted from my bank account on 2-23-09 on 3-9-09 after several emails I still had nothing, but empty promises . I asked for a refund asap .They told me it was shipped, then it was pending, but there was never any tracking number, and it was all a bunch of B.S. F inally after calling the customer service number just after talking to the two dats before the customer service number was disconnected . I went to my bank, and they wrote on the email contact on the web site that I ordered the item on 2-10-09, and it was now 3-9-09, and if i did not here from them ASAP I would start fraud proceedings . The next day I got $146.78 pending on my account, and today It was cleared, but they charged $151.13 so they still kept that money, and I emailed them wantin g that also, but haven't heard athing, and I guess i can chalk it up to experience, and if you read the FAQS that I didn't read itwas not to promising, and sadi that they were not responsible for virisis, and worms ect... PLEASE DO N OT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS !!! LEASON LEARNED !!
