I recieved my complete DVD, from DVDmd.tv, set of Will and Grace during the week of 9/22/08.
The next week I called their customer service line to advise that the following disk were bad:
Dis 1, 9 and 26.
I called their customer service line each month as I had not recieved any replacement.
I got the same feedback, "you will be sent out a new complete DVD".
I asked what do I do with the 1st DVD set and I am told to just give it to the carrier!
What do I need to do to get the set replaced?

It shows on our system that you have already been refunded, however, there
may be delays to relay the refund information from our bank to yours.
The general rule of thumb is that it can take from 5 - 10 days sometimes
for refunds to appear in your bank / credit card companies system. Other
times, the refunds go through immediately.

I emailed them and sent messages via their website several time to no avail. To date I have had no refund to my account.
Can you help me?
