illegal and incomplete orders
My complaint is with DVDMediaStar company. They are selling Crossing Jordan DVDs that they copied from an A & E marathon and charging well over one hundred dollars for them. I ordered seasons 1-6 in DVD format. What I received was very incomplete and some of it was of poor quality. When I contacted them regarding these problems, they just blew me off saying they had never had any complaints before mine. I wrote them again trying to tell them that what they sent me was a few of some of the seasons and NONE of the sixth season at all. I have not received anythig but terse, condescending replies from them OR form letters. I strongly advise anyone considering dealing with this company to look else where because these people are not honest and do not correct their mistakes. S. Bell

Malcolm In The Middle DVDs
Not able to find boxed sets of Malcolm in The Middle series available on sites such as Play.com or Zavvi, I typed in the program name as a search and this site came up. Full set of all series, in entirety! Knowing how much my children and I have enjoyed the chaotic lives of Malcolm and Co, I ordered the set to put as a Christmas gift. My disappointment in what arrived is HUGE!!! No official box or DVDs, but a wallet with poor quality photos on, and discs with even worse quality viewing! There is no way this is going in someones stocking. No address info on packaging, and no paperwork inside, so returning the discs not an option, therefore no refund available. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! As a new comer to online ordering, (6 weeks) all my other experiences have been great, but I now will take extra care before commiting to an unknown site.
