DVDonkey Reviews

November 6, 2008
Bogus product/cannot contact them
I'm luckier than most, did receive my Perry Mason DVD's, but many were not Perry Mason or did not play at all (disc error it said) At this point in time I have 11 discs that are not good and only about half way thru the set.

Since April 2008 until today I've made almost 3 dozen phone calls, all times of day and days of week without success. Plus e-mails they have never responded to.

I've tried to find a "snail mail" address to send them a registered letter - no success.

Paid almost $200. for the set. And even though it was supposedly a money back guarantee, I didn't want my money back, I just wanted the bad discs replaced.

Do wish I had known about this complaint sight before I ordered. I'm a computer novice and this was my first order. Can't imagine I would ever try again. Too bad, I'm sure there are some good companies out there

Good luck to others

Mona
