Unfortunately I've been royally RIPPED-OFF by this so-called company "that values its customers"!!! I AM VERY, VERY UPSET as I really can't afford to lose my HARD-EARNED MONEY to this scam artist. I sent my order in on 12-08-2008 and my credit card was charged same day BUT my account still says "PENDING" as of today's date: 01-07-2009---I've emailed at least 6 times asking for COMMUNICATION regarding as to when to expect shipment from the owner/company and NADA...

When I ordered I made sure that there weren't any complaints, now there are MANY, PHONES are DISCONNECTED ... I've done a LOT of internet ordering but sadly this BAD, BAD experience will change that, I cannot afford to lose my $$$ like this...

My order #2070 for seasons 1-5 of NCIS was supposed to be a surprise Christmas present to my DH --- guess the "surprise" is on me :(
