I ordered these DVDs before Christmas '07 & got only the promise that as soon as these items were back-ordered & received they would send them to me. But they billed me before I received them. Is that legal? After I sent my order in I noticed that these DVDs were not available in anyone else's store or website. I'm becoming suspicious.
