They are the worst site that I have ever dealt with

I had paid for DVDs back on December 8 2010. Shipping date was set for December 12-15. They never came. I have been in contact with the sales department too many times. They said that it was leaving china. Finally around mid January I said send me out another one. They agreed but still no product. Now I was getting pissed. So I told them to send my money back. They agreed and said to check my account. The money was never returned. They are the worst site that I have ever dealt with. Do not buy anything from this site. They are thieves.

No response

Bought 13 disc Insanity workout...it was scratchy then on day 4 my one cd did not work at all..Emailed company and still no reply from them...I was going to write them but the return address is in chinese and can't understand it...Contacted Beachbody and asked them if I could buy that certain CD from them..They answered NO, and that was that since I told them I had not bought this from them..I am screwed, to say the least...Don't buy a thing from this company!! NOT worth it...Remember--their company is DVDUZ.COM --NO GOOD!!
