I ordered a $1.98 disc and was then billed $69.99. I did not authorize the second transaction. I have called and never reached a person, just a recording that all representatives are busy.
I have sent a letter to my bank with their phone number, which no one ever answers.
But, as of this moment my account is out the $69.99.
I need some help. What would you suggest I do? I am sure this constitutes Fraud on some level and that is a punishable offense.
I was just trying to get information on loans for college.
