I ordered a magazine subscription to shape magazine on May 27th, 2009 and cancelled it the following day May 28th, 2009. I was told by Mitch the seller (code211) that the check wouldn't go through for 10-14 days. I cancelled the order the following day due to my finances. It was within the cancellation requirements but when I checked my bank balance I was in the negative due to this check being cashed, now i overdrafted the order not being cancelled. I'm very upset because I'm being charged $37 per transaction (which is 3) every day. I had enough in my account for the 1st 2 but since your check was cashed now i'm in trouble with my bank and cannot pay the overdraft fees. I tryed serveral times to call the customer service center but no one answers then it hangs up or the mail box is full if I do get through. Please help me resolve this issue immediately as I've stated before I cannot afford these fees my bank is accruing everyday. I need it resolved immediatly.
