I have placed order by sears.com 3 weeks ago.
Never received any call or e-mail. When I called customer service, it appears as my order been shipped to some other location. In sears records shown as customer received it, by I ordered it to pick up from the store. I requested money back and been promised as finical department will call me and set money transaction did not happens.
How terrible should be service to by automated website order form assigning wrong address?
How bad should be organization not knowing as shipment never gets to warehouse?
I have requested by speaking with customer service representative some reference number, he refused it by saying as it will be reflected in my records lye.
I have big disappointment and never will by from sears again. Hope to get my $600 back some lucky day.
