I visited the EDREAMS website in the UK. Then I chose a flight from Seoul to Shanghai in EURO. The website showed all the prices in Euro. When the reservation hit my inbox - the price was 107.o5 GBP instead of Euro.
I contacted the company. They refused to respond to the query and said I booked it in GBP. I then took a snapshot of the website again. They changed the website and the quoted price after I complained and then just blaimed me.
I am still awaiting a refund and had to buy a ticket at the costlier price. I am sending all the details to the advertising authorities in both Brittain and Spain. That is just old fashioned fraud. If it was a genuine mistake, people from all over would not be complaining about the same thing.
