Dear Nokia
I purchases a New Mobile NOKIA - HANDSET – E-71 - BLACK from one of your vendor "N.K ELECTRONIC ( SHOP NO 1, MANDIR MARKET, MATA RANI CHOWK LUDHIANA) on JULY 9, Bill No – RI 3716 and IMEI No 351940033324692 amount 19656.00.After 15 days I got problem in my handset.The problem is realeted to ringing volume than I send my handset to nokia care service centre( MOBILE SUPER MARKET, SCF-5, MODEL TOWN EXT, MARKET NEAR KRISHNA MANDIR, LUDHIANA) after 1 day thay gave my set back and told me urs problem is solved and urs handset is ok now.But the problem is still there than I give my handset to again to service centre dated 27-07.09 and job sheet number 020343506/08-27/4 with the customer name Atul Aggarwal.and till date I got no information about my set whanever I call to service centre thay reply it will take 15 to 20 days more we send ur handset to delhi office for some hardware problem.My handset got problem after 15 days of purchage.I am one of the Nokia mobile users for the past 5 years. All my family members are using only Nokia mobiles and I also recommended my friends & colleagues to go for Nokia.
need a Solution for this….
If any one of the concern person directly from Nokia contacts me will be highly appreciated…..
