money taken for a car did not receive car or money

I purchased a car using ebay because of their guarantee.I was told to send money to their agent and the car would be delivered to me in 5 days this was july 7.I then received an e-mail stating the transaction was cancelled because their agent was in a serious car accident.They told me to go back to moneygram and get my money back.I then went to moneygram and they said money was already picked up and they could not give me my money back.I have been e-mailing since July with no results they will not answer back to me.I have lost $2500.00.Unfortunately on their website their is no way to call them or file complaint E bay is a total ripoff

not my account

I received a letter stating I owed $113.95 to e-bay. I do not have that account that was on the letter, and have not used my account in over a year and a half.
I check my account no activity with e-bay. E-bay has no record of this transaction.
I. C. System, Inc. Is sending more and more letters and calling me
