I got off to a terrible start with e-bay first I did what most people do set up an account only not pay pal but where E-Bay could just help themselves to a fee.
Everyone is required to do this right to use the site.
Any way I advertised and they took my $2.50
and the next week and so on for about 10 weeks and no sales so I closed my bank account and closed my
E-Bay account. I specifically told them when they billed me again I'd be paying with cash and thats when they decided they would bill me again (glitch in pay -pal software) causes it to maximize e-bays bill no matter what you do. normally they would have your money no matter what the amount you are unlikely to ever get it back or spend more trying to get your money back. This caused E-bay to be sued once before and when I found out this was the case it gave me resolve to fight e-bay over $2, 50
and then they decided to add a another fee. They claimed on the second unauthorized charge that they tried to automatic bill pay out of my bank account and the bank charges a fee for that, E-bay then gets billed and bills you. I argued with customer service and then they said I owed $25.00
not $2.50 I paid cash once but never got credited for that I paid a second time cash again no credit to the account This is all to do with pay pal software and they know it. Time for another class action lawsuit E-Bay is the single biggest scam out there it bills twice and thinks it's got a right to charge fees directly out of you account even when you have specfically phohibited it. When you threaten to file a FTC complaint they will slip a zero in you amount due an threaten you credit. Someone needs to replace some code in pay pal software I don't care if it's their engineers or not.

I have been promised through E-Bay, I would receive a paperbil and email notification for my monthly bill. I have yet to receive either one. They tell me I'm late with my payment. I never received any notice from them to pay the bill. Each time I call they tell me the same thing. I will be getting a bill. They charge you late fee's over the phone.

I recently purchased a truck on E-Bay for a company named AutoMart of Florida Inc. I live in Texas and the man said he could pick me up at the airport. Got there, and called the man he said he couldn't pick me up to catch a cab. Got to there business and the truck wasn't like they had listed on E-Bay. no CD player No key to tool box which they did give $50.00 to have the lock replaced and new keys. E-bay also said A/C works great well come to find out it didn't, the man could just say well it worked the other day? Also the Battery was dead the man said he would call his battery man out and install a new one. Man got there and put a re-furbished battery in truck not new. That battery lasted until I got 300 miles away and it died. Waited until next morning to get repaired. Reno the sales man told me if I had any problems with battery he would take care of it. Also told me it would take about a half hour to get the title when I flew in. Well there was no title. He said he would Fed Ex it and I would have it Monday. Called Tuesday and title still hasn't been sent?

Faxed the man copys of receipts for battery repair and hotel. He said he would send a check as long as I put my feedback comments on E-Bay first. Feedback is all about the how the transaction went and if all was ok. He wanted positive feedback and new I wasn't going to give them that. Because I was totally mislead about the whole ordeal. Also let Ebay no about this. And from looking at his other Feedback they have had some other issues like this with other customers. I was out a extra $220.00 because he didn't install a new battery like he said. I don't know if you people have had many complaints about this place? Would never do business with them again. Just like to get the title for my truck. That whole business is a fly by night operation if you was to ask me.
