I ordered your tea...It wasn't right so I cancelled it...I thought that was it.

Yesterday I went to the bank only to find out that I have been charged $9.95 a month since I first ordered the tea. The charge is for "Membership" and it's for E-Books...books I have never, I repeat NEVER downloaded nor will I download them.

I want the charge dropped...I do not want to pay for this----memebership every month.
