We have a king-sized bed which we bought from Select Comfort in 2004. It has recently started to lose air in one side. When I called the company they informed me that they had no repair service. We would have to fix the bed ourselves, by trouble shooting it according to their instructions and then ordering the proper parts. What happened to that twenty year guarantee. Also my husband is 78 and ill and I am in my late 60's and have a bad knee. How are we supposed to wrestle with the bed? (You have to take it apart to get at the valves.)
I think that their advertising and sales pitch is misleading. If they had told me that there was no service available, we would never have bought the bed.
