i ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. the amount was $74.98. The Subtotal was $74.99. There is a spot for Delivery, Service & Handling, then Handling by itself, then tax, the GRAND TOTAL: $87.98. I agreed to this charge. I printed the printout out.

A few days later I look at my bank statement and I see a charge of $l09.80 and a separate service charge of $3.29 from the bank. I was incredulous, furious, shocked and appalled. I emailed the bank and they said I must have ordered from an international florist for flowers to be delivered domestically. I said then my GRAND TOTAL SHOULD NOT HAVE READ $87.98 it should have read to be determined or $87.98 + international charges so I would have known. YOU DON'T TACK ON NEW FEES AND THEN MAGICALLY CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT. THIS IS FRAUDULANT!. I WOULD NOT HAVE AGREED TO THIS! THIS IS MISLEADING TO THE CONSUMER SAYING GRAND TOTAL WHEN YOU KNOW IT IS NOT. THEY BAITED ME AND SWITCHED! THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW, i.e. to Bait & Switch. PLEASE I JUST WANT MY ACCOUNT CREDITED THE $21.82 AND THE SERVICE FEE OF $3.29 ALSO TACKED ON FROM THE BANK. (IMAGINE A TOTAL OF $24.11 EXTRA) UNCONSCIENCABLE)!
