They charge your CC with a Canadian "exchange rate" that is not disclosed on their website. Trying to get a hold of anyone at this company to claim a refund is stressful and aggravating. They put you on hold forever, then tell you the 'billing department" is not in. When trying to obtain a name for anyone in the billing department, they tell you they cannot give out any names!! I was told I could not get a refund back on my CC because my charge had been processed on a machine that was broken and the 2nd machine would not accept processing the credit because the original charge was not processed on that machine!! Then I suggested a check... for the last 3 weeks I've been told my credit is on a waitlist.. they don't have $15 to refund? What kind of company is this? Had I only read the reviews prior to calling this company...
