I ordered 3 databases with e-mail addresses to be included. None of the names provided out of thousands had e-mail addresses. Very few had web site addresses either. I have not received an explanation. My credit card was charged, however. Don't use these guys.

I have called and received rude customer service. In fact they say there is no telephone customer service. It must all be done online. The only telephone people are "sales" guys. Very short conversations and rude. Did I say rude - yes I guess I did!
