I had never heard of e-music until i seen it on my bank statement, the only online payment method i use is paypal. I do not understand how they got my details to take £10 per month from my account. When i treid to cancel the direct debit at my bank they told me i couldnt, i would have to cancel it with e-music.com first but could not find any way of actually contacting them. I returned to my bank and had to cancel my card and told them that if e-music were to take any money from my account again could they contact me. My boyfriend has been scammed by a teeth whitning company also he used to gamble online and there were a load of debits of £50 or £100 per day for two weeks, he was not even at home and unable to get to a pc when these debits were taken. the gambling company just repeated that the money must have been spent with them but couldnt find any records of the time and dates the money was taken??? NO help. The bank are not to great when it comes to these situations.

you keep charging me for this and i cancled it last year and im getting over draft charges because of you .
refund me and stop your actions.
