Was charged 170.00 in purchases i did not make.
After the initial 35.oo overcharge, they clained they would give a refund, which never happen. A week later i was charged 140.oo more. i called again and they said they will refund (but i'm not holding my breath). They did not apologize. (and i still haven't received my sample, which i don't even care about).

The word SCAM come to mind...
