Continous calls
ER Solutions is continuing to call (5) times in 2 days. They act surprised when I tell them that it is a business and the person they are looking for doesn't work here anymore. When I state that they have called over and over again they say I must not have answered the phone or they wouldn't have called again. Bull they know what their doing and I am going to report them to the BBB.

Harassment
A caller from E R Solutions called today and asked to speak to my 82 yr. old Mother. They did not identify themselves OR their company...that came off the Caller I.D. along with this phone number... 206-322-4500.<br />

I asked what the call was in regard to, and they refused to speak to anyone but my Mom (who has Alzheimers). I explained that I have POA but they insisted they talk to her and since I wouldn't let them, they hung up on me.<br />
<br />
I still have no idea what this is in regards to, but assume it must be a bogus debt, since she has no outstanding bills. They were loud, obnoxious, unprofessional and rude.

harassment of wrong individual
We have been called every day by this group. Even after we discussed the issue with them and they determined that they are seeking our son who has the same name as his father, they still call. Our son has never lived with us at this address or phone number, it is a retirement community! He hasn't lived with us in over 17 years. When I tried again today to explain to them that they had determined they were calling the wrong person, she hung up on me. I'm going to report them to every agency I can find.

Constant Calling
Have been receiving calls from this outfit for weeks two-three times a day. Always asking to be called back - but fail to supply a phone number. Had to do a *69 to get the number and trace it on the internet. That's how I found out who and what they were.
What legal action can I take against them to stop this?

Bad service
My Husband had an account with Verizon wireless. We canceled our service and switched to another one when he was stationed over seas with the Military.
My Husband was supposed to call and set up a payment plan with verizon and unfortunately never did.
I get a call for him today from E R Solutions. I took the call knowing fully well what it was about.
I wasn't rude with the rep, because I know he never did pay.
She asks me why we hadn't paid, I explained that we haven't had the money to pay it yet, and that we had planned to pay in in Full at the beginning of the new year. She then tells me that she was going to mark the account as refusal to pay because we have made no attempt to pay. I asked her why when I just told her we could pay it at the beginning on January. As in January 1st. She said, "Sorry, refusal to pay." and Hangs up on me.
Now, normally consumers hang up on the company..not the other way around! I was in complete shock. I cannot believe how rude she was with me.

Phone Harassment
I have called these guys back (their Phoenix office) - to tell them repeatedly that I am not the person they are trying to contact. They continue to call.

Wrong Number Calls
This company keeps calling my home; asking a person who doesn't live here nor do I know. The reps are extremely rude and I have asked them to put my number on the do not call list...to no avail. After looking on this website, I saw they were a collection agency. This is ridiculous that they will not stop the calls.

Calling a no-call number!
Wait till a real person starts talking to you and blow a whistle into the talking end of the phone, continue to blow until you get tired they'll quit calling!

Harassment!
Months of harassing phone calls morning. noon and night ~ looking for someone we've never heard of, who doesn't live here and never has. Computer generated calls tell us to push a certain button of they've called the wrong number ~ that doesn't work. We push other buttons to get a live person on the line and tell them the above information ~ that doesn't work. We've reported them to the police department, who will in turn take it thru the courts. When we told this to E R Solutions ~ that doesn't work. They only start calling more. Up to seven times a day. They've been reported to the BBB in Houston, and as of today, to the F.C.C. If anyone has found a way to stop these people from disrupting lives, please let us know.

harassment/false information
This company continues to call and will not identify the nature of thier bussiness. They inform me that it is against federal law to disclose the nature of thier bussiness. They are seeking a person that does not nor has ever resided in my home.
