Why are they calling me?... AGAIN!?
I have been receiving phone calls from E R Solutions on a regular basis for the past several weeks with three different numbers on the caller ID. When I answer I get a recording saying there is an important call that I must accept and it asks to confirm my first and last name. I am then placed on hold, waiting for an available operator for up to 10 minutes. Most times I will wait 2 minutes before hanging up. The first time I talked to an operator I explained my situation and that I would send them a payment when I was able. The operator was sympathetic to what I had said and thanked me for my cooperation.
Two days later I received another call from E R Solutions, using a different number. The operator came on the line almost immediately. Her Hispanic accent was very thick and I had a difficult time understanding her at first. I attempted to explain my situation to her and was ignored. I finally had to tell her, "SHUT UP AND LISTEN!" and explained my situation to her again, advising her to check the case notes that I know they keep for every call to see that I had been contacted two day previously. She then stated that by State law they can call me every two days, whether they talk to me or not, and the calls will continue. She then hung up on me.
It seems to me that if they wanted cooperation from the people they call, they would be a little nicer when they call and not keep people waiting on hold for "the next available operator". Speaking English would be plus, too.
On the whole, I think the Mafia is nicer about collections.

Very Rude
Stated I owed Cingular AT&T back payment of $100 + since May, 2007. I even called Cingular and let the Very Rude man hear the recording that my balance was $00.00. He has called me back several times asking very rudely for my address. I've been called 13 times in the past few days, and 3 times tonight. I've asked for his name and address, but he wouldn't give it to me. Finally, I threatened to call the police and report the harrasement, and he hung up.

Rude customer service!
I received a phone call from a women named Anita at my work place. She is telling me that I owe a debt to WaMu. I told her no I don't. She goes on about this account and tells me I'm going to pay these fees. Again I told her that is not my account. She proceeds to start yelling and screaming at me. Tells me that they will take legal action against me. I hang up on her, she calls back. I was trying to get to the bottom of this, and she would listen or answer my concerns or questions.
I'm very upset at this point, I go home and speak to my husband. I decide to call again, Anita starts to scream and yell again. I asked her to please let me ask my questions. She tells me that I need a time out and that she is going to put me on hold. I hung up on her again. My husband tries to speak to her, and she tell him she doesn't want to speak to him to put me back on the phone. He then asked to speak to her supervisor and someone in charge, she said no and she doesn't have too.
One hour later, I tried again. I supposedly got to speak to manger. I explained to him how rude Anita was to me. I told him I was trying to get to the bottom of this because this is not my debt. He gave me the information I needed so that I could proceed to get this fixed. I explained that this is a mistake. He said that he will take care of my complaints about Anita. I just couldn't believe how rude this company was being.

Poor service!
I keep getting daily phone calls from ER Solutions 425-562-3215. When I answer the phone there is no one there and the phone disconnects. I don't owe any one any outstanding money. So I don't know why they call my phone every day. What I really don't understand is why no one is on the other end of the line when my phone is answered.
