Money being removed from my account without authorization.

On 7/28/2009 a posted "hold" was placed on $19.95 in my checking account by 8999 E-Tax Hotline 88827901. I have made no comittments towards making any sort of payment of this nature for whatever service/product this may be and have not been informed in any way of same. I am unaware as to how by debit card number has even been accessed and want this investigated and ended now! Thank you for your time and I eagerly await a response. Taking $ from my account illegally

I have been having money withdrawn from my bhecking account without my knowledge or approval. Now, I have been trying to get all of these straightened out, and E-Tax Hotline is now trying to take out money also! This is rediculous!!!
