I had booked an LCD tv with ezone at COSMOS (Vaswani matrix) shopping mall Bangalore on 15th Oct 2009. (my advance receipt number is -2005003081) I got a call on October 19, 2009 saying that they will deliver it today between 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at 7:00 PM when I did not get any delivery/call from them I enquired them they checked their system and told me that it will be delivered before 9:00 PM. I waited that day but of no use. Next day waited for their call till evening. But when I did not got a call, called them and they told its already delivered. Problem is every time you call the store you have to explain again from beginning what happened, real irritating thing to do. Number of times they told me they will give a callback within 5 mins after collecting relevant information but even after half an hour they never use to call. But Today again I have been told that we have released the invoice and it is delivered. They have to check with warehouse.
I am sill waiting for the product to be delivered.
I am feeling like I have made a mistake by buying product through future group, you are highly unmanaged and need significant improvement.
if you commit on some date you should stick to it.
Previously I have purchased many items from other showrooms (non future group- pie electronics, ...) and I got delivery on the same day before committed time.
Please let me know what is the procedure for canceling the order? I am not interested in delivery of product from you.
