No Delivery of product / Rude Customer Service
I have purchased a laptop ( Lenovo Z560) and an airconditioner(sensei) from E zone, Sigma Mall, Cunnigham Rd, Bangalore on 19th April 2011. I selected the models on 18th April'11 and since the very next day the loan got approved we had made a down payment Rs.8714 for the Laptop and Re.1 for the AC as per the offer in E Zone ( Reciept No.2049003667). After makin the down payment I was informed that the AC was out of stock & I was sold the demo model. I was promised delivery the next day morning on the 20th April'11, when Ezone called & informed me that the Laptop model was out of stock and I had to upgrade to a Sony Viao Laptop, which again with much fustration I did (Same Reciept No.). At this time I was again promised by Mr.Praveen and Mr.Ayaappa -Duty Managers in the store that both the product will be delivered at 8pm in the evening. Since I did not recieve the delivery at given time I called Mr.Praveen enquiring regarding the same. He gave me Mr.Harish's no. who said he was in Sultan Palya (that is also where i stay) & will be here in no time. After this I had to wait for 3 hours, the delivery happened exactly at 11.09pm by Mr.Harish and Mr.Ashraf. During this 3 hours I tried up calling Mr.Praveen & Mr.Ayaappa several times, however he refused to pick my call or call back. This is the most horrible consumer experience that I have ever come across till date. Its like you are doing your consumers a favour by selling them your product. After this experience you can be assured that I will not only inform my aquaintences but also ensure that your amazing customer service stories are raised in various forums.
