I bought battlefield bad company 2 from EA games. After 2 weeks of not being able to play online due to an error which was thier fault i decided to contact them. I spoke to around 8 different customer support employee's for around 14 hours in total, they told me the problem was Microsofts fault. After speaking to microsoft for 2 hours using £15 phone credit they confirmed the problem was EA games. The customer support was useless, all employees were absolutely clueless with regards of fixing the problem. Some were even quite rude. They sent me pre-recorded messages rather then speak to me and suggestions for fixing the problem were riduculous and unessessary. So after £15 and 14 hours of my time wasted i ended up solving the problem myself. They were all COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY USELESS and i hope to god they dont get paid for the times they waste.

Since purchasing this game I am unable to play online for more that around 4 to 10 minutes without getting dropped off and then having the following error “Connection to game server has been lost” All attempts to get support from EA support have failed with just getting scripted answers back each time they as ask for information.. At times it would seem they would not even read my replies as the next answer from support would have no relevance to what I have just asked or replied to previously. Doing some research on this I find pages of the same problem when doing a Google Search. It would see that other than using the online support EA has no other avenue of submitting a customer complaint at all.

All my screen captures and system information ask for by them seems to have had little impact on then solving my issue.

The Sims 3...as far as computer issues i have windows Vista and I had problems with the sims 2...all I did was call them and they fixed the problem for me. Just FYI for all - they give u a patch to download. My complaint is the game just sucks period. Granted for the face shapes you have a little more control, however every face you make looks like a bad CGI graphic. The trees, the grass, plants and the sims bodies look more realistic than the sims faces do. I do also like the fact that you can rotate furniture in a realistic way and that you have so many combo options about what clothes, furniture and walls/floor look like. I also like how the townies grow with you as well. I like that you can walk into town and meet neighbors without the pause scene. However I dont like how similar the pc game and the console games have evolved together. You are basically forced to play only one family and it is so complicated that there isnt enough time to have that family as in their children to create their own family. I dont like the fact that before you know it the first family you created is old now because you didnt have the time to come back to them because you couldnt make your sims understand their traits and love each other in enough time with out jeopardizing any other families you have created and wanted to play. I do however like the idea of the traits however. Its like they combined the pc version of the sims with the console playstation/xbox version...with a pc twist. I also like the sims 2 cheat possibilities more, if i want to decide one day that jane doe and john doe wanna get married and have a baby and by the next day their child is a teenager considering how little life they have, I bought the game i should be able to do that. This is not a game with any main objective, its a game about fun, imagination, and creation and it should stay just like that. They should make it so that only certain townies that one sim is best friends with or lover should grow with them and I should be able to walk the town and visit neighbor without jeopardizing my ability to make other sims ive created grow as i choose. Thats what makes the Sims so great is the ability to choose how many families you want, what you want them to do and where u want them to go and how they will grow on your terms. The console sims game isnt very popular because of that reason and that is reason is you dont have that freedom. The Sims 3 needs to be reconstructed with some of the new freedom ideas of the sims 3 combined with the sims 2 capabilities.
