I would like to file a complaint against EA sports ( fifa 2010 ultimate team ). I have been playing this game now for about 1 month. I have spent over £50 on buying premium gold packs trying to make my team better, it advertises top players with higher ratings which i try to get by buying these packs and i have not had any as yet. As trying to trade seems impossible as these cost hundreds of thousands of coins. I no that your trying to make it fair by making the players rare i.e. rooney, torres, messi... but I think its disgusting how spending over £50 trying to find atleast 1 of these players is more than the game is worth itself. i am really disapointed because i think this game is brilliant. You can clearlly see if you look into my acount how much i have actually spent and i think something should be done about it.

I play madden 2009 and theres a qb glitch that is impossible to stop. I payed good money for my game and I want my money back. I've filed comlplaints on Xbox live so they can delete the players that do this but they never do anything about it. It is pissing me off because im running in to more people that just glitch all day. Im about to fucking lose it. If i see a glitcher Im gunna fuck them up so bad they wont see whats coming. Madden u better fucking fix this shit cuz im tired of it.

Purchased 2 NBA Live 08 games for kids on 12/21/07. My step kids live in London, Ont. Canada. I live in Indiana, USA They came for x-mas vacation and we gave them these games for x-mas. They took them home and started to play them. They said that they put them in there psp's and played one session and the game lockedup there systems. They called me and told me about this problem. I told them to wait tell springbreak and bring them back to Indiana with them. Well its now 03/14/08 and I called to see what I needed to bring them in to exchange them and the local store told me that I couldn't exchange them. I have all my receipts. I called Toysrus customer service and they told me that I would have to call the manufacture of the game to return them. I asked them for the phone # to E.A. Sports and the couldn't find a phone #. I found the # online and called them. I can't beleive a company that sells consumers products don't have phone #'s for there product lines. They said I would have to ship them the game and they would ship it back to me. I asked if they could ship it to my kids in Canada and they said no. By the time I pay shipping to ship they games to California and then ship them to Canada I should just go to Walmart and by 2 new ones. I say Walmart because Toysrus doesn't stand behind there products they sell nor do they have a phone # to help a customer with a problem that they sold a consumer.
