Lender Fraud

My name is Larry Jenkins from Draper, UT. I posted a complaint on this venue on May 19, 2009. I am asking anyone who has a complaint with Eagle Equity Services to contact me at 801-673-1071 or at [email protected]. We are collecting the names/etc. of individuals/groups who have been scammed by Eagle and have lost their good faith deposits. We are looking into a class action suite again Eagle and all of the employees whose names we have who worked with complaintants and were part of this company's fraudulent activities.

Also, does anyone have specifics regarding the apparent death of Hans Eichler, head of Eagle. Please call or email with details. THANK YOU

to 35 Pinelawn Rd, #104E, Melville, NY.

Company changed phone numbers upon moving.

Quote posted 12/21/2007 I'm having a horrendous time with this hard money lender (EAGLE EQUITY SERVICE INC) in NY. They never return calls, the AE (JOHN OLLOWOYO) has hung up on me and my clients is in with 10K in fees. Anybody out there with similiar experience with them?
Am I Lokking at a SCAM? Or are they just slow? HAS anyone closed a deal with them? Thanks for any feedback. Posted MWGRECO.

In 2008, As I am in a similiar situation with no funding from EAGLE, they took my fees, constantly requested information already given to EAGLE multiple times, they ran the broker around in circles, phone calls made to HANS Eichler an officer of the company never returned!!! This company is a possible scam and I am pursuing legal action!
