They failed to pay for work that they approved for 8 months, now their phone message states that they are closed! I filed a claim with the PA Attorney General office. Hope they burn!

fraudulent
I purchase a car in South Carolina and bought an Eagle Warranty-Premium package. I file a claim for repairs on my car through eagle warranty in September 2009. I was told that it would take 15 to 20 days for refund of money, its been three months I haven't recieved my money. Everytime I call billing dept. Rep would tell me they were behind in claims it hadn't processed. I made a call last week a voice mail stated the company was closed for bad weather, later in the week I called back a voice mail stated the company was closed for business. I still have not gotten my money it is December.

non payment
We had place a vehicle into a repair facility for a issue with the transmission. The guys from Locomocion had followed their procedure's any retain a claim number or their authorazation number which is suppose to be garranty of payment. Now the vehicle has been fixed the customer has pick-up the vehicle and is happy all around but now Locomocion is out the amount owed by Eagle Warranty Corp. and they are looking at us now to pay for this balance owed them.
I have spoke with the guys their at Locomocion and they have spoke to rep's and still havent resolved anything and this is going on since 07/11/2009
I have been diligently trying to help him resolve this matter with Eagle Warranty as well and seem to be getting nowhere, their website is full of bad info when trying to contact any one on their contact page. I did speak with the operator after holding for over 30 minutes just to be foward to a voice mail box. Emails have been sent to the names on contact page, no answer. Message's have been left and I record last message sent on 12/08/2009 to their account payable department.
would like to start a class action lawsuit against Eagle Warrany Corp. and its owner Chuck Yaskulski

Non-payment of my money
Non Payment of my claim:

Eagle Warranty authorized repairs on my car for transmission problems. They agreed to pay $1, 495 while the bill came to $2, 100. Mechanic faxed over paperwork after repair was completed on Nov 1. Contract says they will pay in 15 business days. Today is business day 21 and no money. I have tried calling every single day for 2 weeks now and left messages but NOBODY returns phone calls. It goes to voicemail all the time. Couple times I got a secretary and she put me into Accounting's voicemail but again, no response. I have trolled the internet and seems like there are many such compliants about this company. What can I do to get my money back?

Thanks

Does not honour contract terms
We purchased a 12 month Eagle Warranty for a used vehicle we purchased in New Jersey. Several months later, we experienced transmission problems with the vehicle. Our mechanic contacted Eagle Warranty and was advised that the transmission needed to be stripped down in order to be inspected. After he did so, the inspector came and filed a report. He verbally agreed with the mechanic on his diagnosis of the failure and the repair solution. Eagle then rejected the claim stating that the work was done without authorization. Based on the documentation we had, legal counsel advised that we had adequate grounds to take Eagle Warranty to Civil court and very likely win, but given that we were out-of-state, the personal inconvenience and associated costs of the legal action were not worth the gamble, despite the $5600 repair required. Additionally, we were given the cold shoulder by the Governor General's office, whom we contacted to complain about Eagle Warranty.

Short version: Avoid Eagle Warranty and take your business elsewhere. This is an empty policy from which you will never recoup any losses.

"allowance to pay a covered repair"
Ok so here it is...my husband and I bought a 1992 300ZX four months ago and purchased this warranty because it is a "speciality car". Two months after we bought it, the transmission went out on the car. Took it to Brenner Nissan and they wanted to put in a new tranny but Eagle wanted to rebiuld mine. So at their suggestion we take it to Aamco ( I know a mistake too) but that was where they suggested we go. So after determining that this was a covered part/repair, they decided that because the car was old and they could not find a tranny to put in it, because as it turns out rebuilding mine was over $3200, they now want to give me an "allowance" of $1700 to do this repair. Who does that? The repair is over $3200 and they want to give me $1700 and thats supposed to be ok? Now here I am stuck with a car that doesnt run, a warranty that gives allowances and a business that wants my car done and gone. What ever you do DO NOT EVER USE EAGLE WARRANTY unless you enjoy numerous hours of headaches and having to pay out yourself in the end. I mean don't we all just have an extra $800.00 just laying around to throw out!!! Yes this is one P----- off consumer!

Service
I agree!! Don't waste your money buying this warranty! Their customer service is the worst I've ever had to deal with a so called professional company. Their payments are slow-so the mechanic will hold your car hostage until they pay their portion, which on a $1600 transmission job ends up being $200? What's wrong with this picture? Read the fine print!!! Don't get sucked in likeI did!!

No customer service
Understand that Eagle will only be covering a part of the repair - the contract is very misleading - read the fine print at the bottom. Also, they pro-rate the amount they will pay according to parts that will last for the lifetime of your contract with them (they are not looking out for you or your car in the least). When used parts weren't available for my repair, they only offered a little more for a new part. I was still stuck covering 35% of the bill.

Their customer service is the worst. Be prepared to wait on the phone for 30 minutes to speak to someone. Although the contract states reimbursement for repair to be received in 2 weeks, mine took 6 to arrive.

I'd strongly advise to look for another warranty company. Huge headache.
