I was a tennant here from August 2007 to September 2008. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The day I moved in I noticed cockroaches, so I told the management the very next morning, they told me they would send someone up to spray, and not to do it myself... I waited and waited and kept asking and they said they were still working on it. I couldn't take it anymore, I had to spray myself.
That's not even the beginning of it. The exterminators didn't show for at least 6 months. Then, a month before my lease was up I found a 30 day notice to vacate. I called the management to ask why I wouldnt be given an option to extend my lease. I'd only been late with the rent a couple of times, and when I was told they wouldn't give me a reason I was outraged.
I found a room to rent and had to stay with my aunt while I got it settled. The new landlady called Eagle's Landing to get a reference on how I was as a tennant, and they told her that I brought the cockroaches!!! They also told her I left the apartment in "unliveable" condition, when in actuality I'd scrubbed it to look good as new when I left.
They are just bad business. Don't rent from them, please. I almost ended up on the streets because of these people, all based on lies. It was ridiculous.
