Why was my Visa debit card declined

To Whom it may concern my name is Mr.Kenneth McCreary. And I like to know why my visa debit card was declined when I went to order your product online. I just check my balance before going on line and it was over $85.00. So I like to know why and this happen around 11:50 MDT on 4/6/11. Help

Unauthorized withdrawl from my account

I wanted to check out work at home oppertunities. The info. was to only cost 4.99 however there was charge on my back statment for 87.47, which I did not authorize. I tried to go to [email protected] (as shown on the disk they sent me) and the comuter could not find the website. There is no number to call nor any other way to contact them. I want my money back plain and simple!! Can anyone HELP!!!
