October 10, 2008 I paid to get the Microsoft Success Kit and it never came via internet of mail. I went to the email they provided and their web site is non exsistent. What do we do about this? Their are others that have been scammed also.

The "Earn Microsoft Cash" people send me a link through which I activated my account by reading that I can earn some money from home. But immediately after reading the procedure, I have mailed them my cancellation form and they confirmed it by calling me to my number. But, today I saw they charged for the first month $49.95 which is not fair after cancelling the account. They collected money after calling me and confirming that my account is cancelled. Please help me in this regard.

I paid for a CD for only 1.97, and never auth0rized a payment they took from my credit card twice!!
You cannot reach a person to talk to, and the Web site for customer support is Bogus!!

I received a fake email address to access a non-existent web-site. I tried to cancel and was told by my bank that they already processed a payment for $49.95. The first payment was for a trial period and was only $1.97, but there was no way to cancel since the email address was bogus.
