I ordered an EMF protection device. Delivery was delayed. When I called to find out why, Christan at Earth Transitions gives me a length explanation about some personal life issues, lack of computer access, and holiday interruptions. I also got a lecture on people not getting everything they want, whenever they want it, and advice that I should take some time for reflection on my own personal failings and my lack of flexibility.

Christan also informed me that my order was still sitting in her car, even though she had sent me a confirmation e-mail that it had already been sent.

Later in the day, I received an e-mail from that said, "In the future, I will not be accepting orders from you. My life is such that I need a bit more understanding and flexibility from the people I interact with than you seemed to possess."

Christan appears to be a one-woman show over there at Earth Transitions, and she has a lot on the plate as far as her personal life goes. I think this impacts her ability to be professional and courteous in her contact with customers, not to mention her ability to get the orders out the door. She gave me details about her personal life that are really none of my business, and she made assumptions and criticisms about me that are certainly none of hers.

I would avoid this business until Christan's personal life issues calm down.
