Unauthorized Charges

I bought flowers online from Proflowers.com for a Mother's Day gift May 2008. I did not know that buying flowers online would automatically enroll me in a membership for $14.95 each month. I have not paid attention to my charges on my account until about 6 months ago. I called my bank and no one ever contacted me about the inquiries about the charges. I called them back and they finally gave me a number. I called 1-800-444-9491 an easy saver number I found on this website. I requested to speak with a manager immediately and I was placed on hold for several minutes. They have offered to pay me back. Half in my checking acct and they are sending me the balance by check in the mail. This is a horrible incident that should not happen.

I was seeing all these credit charges from Easy Saver for $14.95 a month, I thought it was something my husband was charging. I finally asked him and he had no knowledge of the charges. I called the phone number on my statement 800-355-1837 and found out it was associated with a order I made for flowers from Pro Flowers July of 2008. I just called the number and they are going to reinburse my credit card for 12 months and send a check for 1 month to my home address. They said they could only reinburse up to 12 months on a credit credit, which seems odd. I feel as this was unauthorized by ProFlowers and actually fraudlet. I will never order from ProFlowers again. The reinbursment they said should show up in two statements, so I'll keep checking my statement to make sure and I also asked for a verfication number which I got. What a scam.
