My wife and I ate at this buffet on a Monday afternoon about 4:30. The place is very dark when coming in from the bright Phoenix sun and so the general filth of the place did not become obvious immediately. We paid for our two meals and a pot of hot tea and then proceded to obtain food from the steam table. Upon sitting down, we discovered the food was at best lukewarm. My wife even sent her's back to be microwaved.

We then noticed that the floors were covered with lots of trash and towards the end of our meal, one child patron dropped an eggroll on the floor which my wife picked up and wrapped in a napkin which she disposed of in the lady's room. I went to use the men's restroom but found that both the one toilet and the one urinal were covered with plastic bags and when I washed my hands there was no hot water.

As we left the restaurant, the one and only woman who both took our money and served our tea, started yelling at me that she was going to charge another $1 for the egg roll my wife picked up off the floor and when I told her that it was in the trash and that I would not authorize an additional charge for my wife doing cleanup for the restaurant, she then said she was going to charge $2 instead because I argued with her.

I've disputed the additional charge with the credit card company. I have also made a complaint with the health department concerning, the general filth of the place, the low temperature of the steam table which is supposed to be 140F and was barely warm to the touch, and also the lack of hot water in the restrooms.

My recommendation is STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT EVEN IF YOU LIFE DEPENDS ON IT.
