On 11.11.2010 I traveled from Rayagada to Howrah by train no 8006(PNR no 634-7867764) and the train arrived at Howrah station at 11.30AM, 5 Hours late from schedule time. I also had a zero amount onward journey ticket from Howrah to Asansol (PNR no 644-5781325) in train no 2303, departure time of which is 08:05AM.
On approaching the current reservation counter in old Howrah station complex for cancellation of my ticket and making fresh reservation in train no 1448, I was refused for cancellation of my ticket and had to pay for my new ticket.
I have in my possession (1)ticket for train no 8006(2)ticket for train no 2303(3)ticket for train no 1448 issued at 13:09Hrs (4)late slip of train no 8006(5)cancellation requisition form duly signed by person in the ticket counter.
