I am going to say (just the facts) about 1.5 years ago this company approached one of my companies do design and host another company of mine (gift baskets) anyway they charged me $350.00 USD with one month free of hosting (I agreed everything went well at first) but once a month website would go down for about 3-4 hours I would get reports and would submit tickets (first time) they were a bit rude and told me that if I didn't like it to transfer my domain to another hosting company.

Anyways short story last month website went down for 72 hours then came back up and this month after I paid them the $25.00 USD and after about a week website went down... (for 4 days) decided enough was enough submitted tickets called them NO RESPONSE BACK, finally transferred domain name and got my IT department to get the website hosted and transferred over to another hosting company that is actually top notch...

Stay away as far as possible to this company in question they don't deserve your money or time
