Made a reservation and tried to cancel later that day (still 4 days out), they said they would cancel it, but still would charge me for the one night. If I had gone directly with the hotel, I would have been able to cancel upto 24 hours in advance. There cancelation penalty, included all room taxes which does not seam fare.
