This company is a total ripoff. Their shipping department is on Orange, Ct but you are suppose to call to get an RMA number in order to send the product back to New York. They charged us $4.95 for shipping. You had 14 days from date of shipment to cancel. Of course, they charged an additional $89.00 on the 15th day. On 7/13, they deducted another $93.95. I called them today, I can only return one and they will reverse charges of $93.95. Out of luck on the $89.00. Also, if you ordered the ACAI Nutraburst Anti Aging, they charged you $4.95 for shipping but that also got deducted in the amount of $74.94. Now to return, they will only refund $49.94 because there is a $25.00 restocking fee. They are making money on this and no one is stopping this company. Consumer, Beware...Don't purchase anything from this company. I was told on the phone by the customer service rept there is a scam going around but it is with a company called Pur Nutrients, Right..
